New Business Sales Person
Imscan Systems, a leading supplier of Document Management, Workflow and Financial solutions, is seeking to recruit a New Business Salesperson as part of our ongoing expansion plans.
The role involves selling a range of technologies and outsourced services to large private sector corporates. We focus on various key sectors such as manufacturing, food, retail, aerospace and financial services.
Candidates must have:
• At least 5 years sales experience
• An excellent track record in winning new business
• Experience in selling to senior financial staff
• Experience of selling technology solutions (not products) with supporting evidence of recent wins

Technical Support Analyst
We are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our existing customer base of over 100 companies.
The role is focused on providing customer telephone support on our busy helpdesk for our suite of bespoke solutions. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be able to learn new disciplines quickly.
Skills Required:-
We are seeking a self-motivated, conscientious individual, who is able to work as part of a team as well as being able to apply their own initiative when solving problems. The candidate should have a good general IT background, and be familiar with troubleshooting IT related issues. The following additional skills would be beneficial :-
- RDBMS Experience (predominantly MS SQL Server
- Networking knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft technologies (working in Windows Environment)
- Document Management experience
- A relevant university education is desirable, but not essential.
MCP/MCTS/MCSE certifications are favourably regarded, Imscan will support any initiatives for the candidate to gain Microsoft accreditation.
